Growing Goanna Egg

Just add water to grow your own goanna.

Put the egg in a container filled with enough water to cover it. The water temperature must be less than 35C.  The egg shell will slowly break after 12-24 hours and your goanna will emerge.

Be sure to keep the container full of water. After the egg shell is broken entirely add fresh water to the container. Your goanna will continue expanding for 24-48 hours.  After 48 hours, you might like to move your goanna to a larger container and watch it grow daily.

Goanna is a word that is used to describe many Australian 'monitor lizards'.  Goannas are very important in the indigenous Australian culture.
