The Museum will refund, credit or exchange purchases (including any delivery and packaging charges) if the item purchased is faulty, or if the Museum supplied the incorrect item within 30 days of purchase. The Museum will not usually refund, credit or exchange purchases if you have simply changed your mind.

Requests made outside of this time frame may not be honoured except for in exceptional circumstances.

The Museum will refund your payment if the item you wanted to purchase is unavailable.

Please return the item to us in its original condition with any tags and or labels still attached within 30 days of the original purchase date. It is the customer's responsibility to return the product.

Please allow five business days from when goods are received to process refunds.Refunds will be made to the credit card account used to place the order.Please include your order number a copy of your proof of purchase.
