Our online shop is open for orders for domestic Australian and International deliveries.

When you place an order through the WA Museum online shop your order will be prepared and dispatched within five business days.

Your order will then be shipped with Star Track for domestic orders and Australia Post for international orders. We will provide tracking details and updates on your order.

Please refer to Australia Post’s delivery schedule for comprehensive information.

Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Box delivery addresses. If a PO Box address is provided, your items will be refunded. 

The Museum is not liable for any missing products and is unable to refund items lost in the post.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends, or Australian National public holidays.
